The best service experience I have had with a plumber. Had a faulty tankless heater in a new home. Eric immediately diagnosed this stayed on hold with the manufacturer and was able to get the part. In addition he tested all the other aspects of the job and replaced some of the fixtures with higher end fixtures. 4 months later another issue arose and he facetime'd me to walk me through how to fix it. Incredible experience and nice hot showers.

Good company. They stand behind their product. I called and spoke with Paula. It was a little over after the Two years warranty timeframe, she still took care of The issue. The hose bib was leaking. They came out and replaced it.

Great service, they return calls, turn up when they say they will, are competent, professional, polite, knowledgabe - excellent experience, if you get Erik, you are in great hands.

I just purchased a new home and Port St Lucie and Eric came to fix a plumbing issue and he was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable about his craft and he was very kind and he reassured me that everything was going to be okay. I also want yo acknowledge Paula, she was very professional and very pleasant over the phone, I couldn’t be happier with their services. Keep up the amazing service you do. Liunetty

I don’t usually write reviews, but this company has to be the worst on the planet earth. They raises my blood pressure just thinking about the encounters. Ms. Paula is so rude, unprofessional, automatically casts blame without even hearing the problem because she doesn’t even let you finish your sentence. I don’t know how these people have a job because they are HORRIBLE! This is a warranty for new construction home. She telling me the dates I moved into the property as if she was my moving company. Their systems wasn’t even updated cause the house sat for almost a year because windows were not installed due to back order/COVID. My toilet kept giving issues since moving into the property. After trying different alternatives, I decided to reach out. Ms Paula started talking to me like she was having a psychotic episode. 🤬! To make a long story short, they send a tech, who apologizes for Ms Paula’s behavior. However, he told us one thing about the possible reason for our toilet issues but put something else on paper. Yet my problem still existed. Fast forward couple months, reached out again, then I had this other gentleman yelling at me. 🤬 😬! These people make you wanna catch a case because of their outrageous unprofessional behavior, accusing us of cause the problem without sending someone to service the issue to find out the cause. He had the audacity to hung up the phone on me. Then hear comes Ms Paula again a day or two later! I kept me calm despite her obnoxious attitude. Fast forward, a technician, Eric, arrived on Friday, who was super nice and professional. He said “We need to replace the toilet and then inspect the lines/drains since you have this ongoing issue since moving in. I will call Ms Paula to order the toilet and I will be back on Monday.” It’s now a week later, no toilet, no phone call. This company does not want to honor warranties, they just want the money and don’t want to be bothered. If you want piece of mind, take your business elsewhere. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If I could give less I would. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. The plummer showed up late with no call. He said they can't really give a time and asked if I just wanted him to leave, he was so rude. He obviously did not want to do this warranty work. My husband went to talk to him and the man said they dont need our business because they are doing well and told my husband to f off. This isn't the first problem we've had. We had an emergency and they never answered or called. Why do warranty work if you don't want to do it? To collect money and never follow through is why. Very rude people. Do not use this company.

Great experience, the technician was on time knowledgeable and friendly. I would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The owner came to check out the problem. The repair was under the house and was difficult to get to. He did the repair without complaining even though it was dirty and wet. His price was fair and I would call them again if needed.
